Everything Is Sacred

The workday dawned hectic as all get out
Jarring and increasing my moments of doubt.
But something, thankfully, caught my attention
The note on my computer, reminding me of the goal of ascension.

Everything is Sacred, it read
Remember the promise you made to yourself
Stay focused, on purpose, and out of your head.

Infinite choices are yours for the making.
When you opt for reaction or intimidating
A downward spiraling action you begin
Creating even more dissatisfaction and chagrin.

Reference your Soul, I heard my Heart say
For this is the path to brighten your day.
The answer's within, certain and clear
Just seize the moment, listen, and hear.

Melding with Soul I fly like a dove
Everything is Sacred, my Heart hears the Truth
Everything is Sacred, my Soul gives me Love.
